Why should we refrain from intoxicants? | Ba Vang Talks

Out of the five precepts that a Buddhist needs to observe when taking refuge in the Three Jewels, the last one is to refrain from intoxicants. The precept set by the Buddha 25 centuries ago still has great value today, which ensures a wholesome life for lay Buddhists.
