The ceremony to mark 21 years of Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh’s ordination
On 2nd September 2020, the ceremony commemorating 21 years since Thay Thich Truc Thai Minh started his monastic journey was held at Ba Vang Pagoda. In the ceremony, Thay told everyone about His story from when He was a lay lecturer at National Economics University to when He was officially ordained, becoming a novice monk at Truc Lam Monastery in Dalat.
On this occasion, the Sangha of Ba Vang Pagoda showed their gratitude to Thays nurture and vowed to diligently practice the Dharma on the path to Buddhahood, voluntarily sacrificing secular joys to escape from the endless cycle of suffering.
The Buddhist community of Ba Vang Pagoda paid tribute to His significant contributions to Buddhism by impressive performances. Thanks to Thays teachings, they have realized the preciousness of the Dharma and tried to cultivate even the smallest actions in daily life.
Hopefully, Thay will stay healthy to save sentient beings from suffering by the Buddhas teachings. Read more
